2. Deposit 50% or full payment is required upon reservation within 2 days

3. Full payment must be made before shipment.For any item which is out of stock due to the supplier will be refund 100%.

4. In the case of waiting list, payment will be required once the item is available and before shipment.

5. Please email / SMS to notify the payment details, and provide your name, full address and phone number for ease of contact.

Method Of Payment

1. All payment should be transferred to our bank account.

2. Please email us the details of your payment for confirmation. Kindly include:

a) Item Code, details and quantity
b) Your Name
c) Contact No
d) Mailing Address
e) Bank Transferred, the time and date for our reference
3. Should complete payment within 2 days upon receiving the confirmation SMS / e-mail, otherwise the item(s) will be re-listed without prior notice. In special cases, reservation deadlines can be extended. If you do not ask for reservation deadlines to be extended, we assume that you can confirm payment detail within the stipulated time frame.

4. After you have made your payment, we will carefully check and pack the products before they are delivered.

Terms & Conditions:
1. All items sold are brand new item. Item sold are based on first come first serve. All items are not returnable nor refundable and all sales are final.

SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY PLEASE, NO FUSSY / OVER INQUISITIVE BUYERS, THANKS!

2. All price exclude delivery charges (unless stated otherwise). The exact amount including postal charges will be informed in confirmation email or SMS.

3. Buyer is responsible for the shipping fees. Please refer to the shipping fee stated before purchase.

4. Colors for the products displayed online might be slightly different in the final product due to photography and computer settings.

5. We are not liable for any damage/loss due to manhandling during delivery. Items are double-checked for defects, and if there are any, it will be mentioned beforehand. We also will not be responsible if the item do not meet your expectation.
6. Goods sold are not refundable and exchangeable after purchase.

7. New Item sold without warranty. Please read the description of item carefully before proceeding with purchase.

8. All items are indicated as WHOLESALE, must be only be purchased ACCORDING to the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Requests to purchase per item will not be entertained.
9. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

DELIVERY OPTIONS:

1. Item will be shipped out within 3 working days after payment is received, and a tracking number will be given to the buyer via email or SMS.

2. Postage fee will be charged unless mentioned. I will use Kangaroo, Pos Laju or Pos Malaysia E-Parcel (upon request).

3. Cash On Delivery (COD) at Kajang,Bangi and Putrajaya only. Others will be sent by post, as meeting up consumes too much time.

ADDITIONAL NOTES!

Calls for queries will be answered when i am available. Please take note that if you SMS to query on items, it does not mean that you have agree to purchase the item. Please be definite on intent to purchase. Payment to be made within 2 days and please notify me shall you need any longer time to get an understanding among us.
